Returns and Exchange


We do not do exchanges or accept returns.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if we have not yet shipped out your package. Orders are typically shipped 3 to 5 business days after your order is paid. You can track the status of your order by logging in to review orders. If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping please contact using the contact form here including your order number in the details.

Shipping

We aim to have your order ready and out for shipping from 3 to 5 business days. Orders shipped within Canada are typically delivered from 3 to 8 business days. Orders shipped to the United States are typically delivered from 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your destination we may use Canada Post, UPS or Fedex.

Example: Checkout completed today to be delivered in Canada: 5 days (prepare and make order) + 5 days (shipping company to deliver to your door)

You will be provide a tracking number once our your order has been sent if its available.

Free shipping is currently available to all orders in Canada and USA over $75.00 (CAD or USD)

Issue with Order

Once you receive your order, you must let us know within 14 business days of any issues by using the contact form here. Please submit photos and explaination of the issue. Depending on the issue and investigation by our team, we may issue a full or partial refund or ship out another order. You will be informed by email.
