What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept Debit, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard or Amex. PayPal will take care of the payment transactions for all types of payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will still be able to pay by credit card without needing to create an account. To do so, at checkout select “Pay with a debit or credit card”. Make sure to select your correct billing country (Canada or USA) when entering payment details.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once you’ve completed the checkout, we typically aim to have your order ready for shipping from 3-5 business days. Shipping can add an additional 3-8 business days depending on your destination. If you have not received the order after 14 business days please reach out to us so we can check what’s going on.
For special collections, we will have your order ready for shipping from 2-4 weeks after payment. Once we have the tracking information you will be provided with the number.
Where do you ship too?
At this time we can only ship to Canada and the United States. Please contact us first before placing your order if you live outside of these countries. We may be able to help with our partners.

I need to order a special size
If your size is unavailable on a product, please contact us before placing your order. We do have limited stock on XS, 2XL, 3XL sizes. If it’s not available, we can do special orders. There will be added special sizing charge.
